Art directors (generally they have BS degree in art and design on closely related fields) are responsible for the visual style and images in magazines, newspapers, product packaging, and movie and television productions. They create the overall design and direct others who develop artwork or layouts. Salary of art director can vary from 30k-100k depending on company/experience.
